FOR QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS !NOTICE: The following past due accounts have been sent to the 'County Auditor' to be put on the Property Taxes. These accounts have been listed for information purposes only. (08/05/09)
For all sewer bills mailed October 1, 2009 that have a past due amount and the total due is $100 or more, please note the following:
1) Deadline for payment is October 28, 2009.
2) The account must be paid in full on or before the deadline.
3) Any account balance remaining after the deadline will be placed as a lien on the property served by the sewer connection. Ohio Revised Code Section 6117.02 authorizes this action.
